Genau so ein Ansatz fehlte mir bislang. Ich arbeite schon lange in globalen Teams und meistens finden wir eine Lösung, wenn es in der Zusammenarbeit schwierig wird. Aber nicht immer. Am besten fand ich deswegen die Geschichte zu den Meetings in Spanien. Genau dasselbe ist mir auch schon passiert, aber damals ist es uns als Team nicht gelungen, unsere unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen gut miteinander zu vereinbaren. Über die Lösung musste ich lachen - ich freue mich schon auf die Übersetzung des Buchs für mein spanisches Team!
